If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering raving fans customer service this is your chance to shine!What Youll Do: The Backbone of Our BusinessThis is a dynamic dual role providing direct operational support to both the General Manager and Sales Manager. You will manage the administrative side of the sales cycle ensure customer satisfaction and handle key accounting functions.Sales Operations & Management SupportServe as the primary point of contact for all incoming phone calls and walk-in customers.Provide direct administrative assistance scheduling and correspondence support to the General and Sales Manager.Manage invoicing accounts payable and financial transaction processing using the companys accounting system.Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to track progress toward sales goals and compile vital sales activity reports.Enter new customer inquiries and manage leads accurately within the CRM system.Prepare precise sales quotes and review orders to ensure details are complete and ready for production.Track order progress and provide essential status updates to customers.Customer Engagement & MarketingGreet customers visiting our headquarters and maintain a welcoming professional showroom environment.Assist in preparing and maintaining crucial support materials like thank-you cards and brochures.Support the execution of exciting marketing initiatives including weekly email blasts and event campaigns.Help with setup and staffing for home shows trade shows and other retail events.What Youll Bring to Backyard UnlimitedWe are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated team player ready to take initiative!Experience: 12 years of sales support administrative or customer service experience is preferred.
