STR delivers data that is confidential accurate and actionable to empower our clients to strategize and compete in their markets.The Sales Operations Analyst is a key member of the STR Sales team; providing support aimed at accelerating sales performance. This position will assist with strategic planning analytics and process excellence. The Sales Operations Analyst supports STRs global sales leadership but reports directly to the RVP Americas.This role is 5 days onsite in our Nashville TN office.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop an in-depth knowledge of STRs core customer segments and product offerings and utilize this knowledge to successfully lead the analytics for pipeline and account planning processesMaintain and own pipeline and forecasting reports on a weekly monthly and annual basis and assist sales leadership with managing sales funnel and revenue pipeline.Act as liaison with the STR technology and Operations team to communicate business requirements and modifications for Web Enterprise and other internal tools to implement best practices to provide real time reporting to various stakeholdersAide in developing and maintaining the Sales teams book of business creations territory planning and account assignments to facilitate the expansion and alignment of the STR sales teamParticipate in ad hoc projects; generate analyze and report KPIs and metrics to meet management needs and requirementsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree from an accredited not for profit in-person college/universityTrack record of commitment to prior employers5 years of sales operations financial planning and analysis or other related experienceAbility to navigate manage and articulate large disparate data sets into presentations and consumable formatsStrong analytical skills and great attention to detailPositive interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to provide exceptional customer service to the sales team and interact with all levels of management.Work collaboratively to build positive and effective business partnerships across all cross functional teams (Research Marketing Product Operations Finance)Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations changes in direction and alternating prioritiesExperience supporting sales teams in a growth environment with quota attainmentWHATS IN IT FOR YOUWorking at CoStar Group means youll enjoy a culture of collaboration and innovation that attracts the best and brightest across a broad range of addition to generous compensation and performance-based incentives youll be supported in both your professional and academic growth with internal training and tuition reimbursementOur benefits package includes (but is not limited to):Comprehensive healthcare coverage: Medical / Vision / Dental / Prescription DrugLife legal and supplementary insuranceCommuter and parking benefits401(K) retirement plan with matching contributionsEmployee stock purchase planPaid time offTuition reimbursementWe welcome all qualified candidates who are currently eligible to work full-time in the United States to apply.
