In this role youll be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders while providing outstanding service to internal and external customers. You will work closely with the Order Entry Supervisor and the Manager of Commercial Operations to ensure accuracy efficiency and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders received via phone email EDI portal and website.Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order placements changes and cancellations.Verify order details and coordinate with internal departments (shipping scheduling and sales) to ensure accuracy.Send customer order acknowledgments when not automatically generated.Update and maintain accurate customer information including billing shipping and contact details.Enter replacement and sample orders as needed.Initiate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for customer returns.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Previous data entry or order processing experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.Full Steam Staffing will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
