Sales and service porter works for motor vehicle dealerships where they receive, move, arrange and maintain the appearance of vehicles, and ensure the orderliness of the vehicle lot. A lot attendant parks vehicles in assigned areas check them for damage, and lists and stores keys. Car wash attendant washes and polishes car interiors and exterior. Typical work activities listed on a car wash attendant resume are applying soap solution, scrapping loose dirt, cleaning tires, rinsing with a hose, drying, dusting, and vacuuming car interiors, removing trash, cleaning seats, and polishing. Maintaining the property of the dealership, including not limited to trash, windows, etc.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).
Ability to communicate and interact with others effectively in a professional, courteous manner.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work outdoors continuously.
Ability to move in and out of vehicles with high frequency.
Ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 5 lbs.
Ability to operate various equipment to clean vehicles.
Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
