Job Description

Job title: Sales Professional Location: 5821 Tower St Ste F Rockford MN 55373 Job Type: Full-Time Permanent (Direct hire) Client: Construction/ Remodeling Company Role Overview: The Sales Professional will be responsible for driving new business through direct customer engagement property inspections and strategic lead generation. This role requires a proactive personable and highly organized individual who can build strong customer relationships and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Collaboration with internal teams and a strong understanding of construction or exterior restoration services will be key to success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct exterior property inspections to evaluate potential projects and qualify sales opportunities. Generate and pursue leads through multiple channels including door-to-door canvassing tradeshows cold calling and community events. Educate prospective customers on company products and services to drive sales conversions. Manage the sales pipeline with discipline and accuracy using CRM software. Work closely with the production team to define project requirements deliverables and timelines. Partner with clients to clarify project scope expectations and objectives. Review insurance loss documentation to ensure correctness and alignment with project needs. Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding sales performance goals and pipeline status. Qualifications: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results. Highly organized and effective at time management. Self-motivated with resilience and persistence. Outgoing adaptable and comfortable engaging with a variety of personalities. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product and service benefits. Strong customer service skills and the ability to understand and address client needs. Relationship-building skills with the ability to network effectively. Willingness and ability to learn new products services and operational processes. Experience in construction and/or sales is preferred. Physical stamina including the ability to be on your feet for extended periods travel between job sites and lift/carry materials. Ability to safely climb and navigate standard-slope rooftops. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: Ownership of a ladder. Drone certification.
