Youll be responsible for building meaningful relationships with candidates running smooth recruiting processes and sharing the Lucid story with talent across the world.This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to learn grow and make an impact at one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry.Responsibilities:Partner with sales leaders to define hiring needs and create effective search strategiesOwn the candidate journey from sourcing to offerscreening candidates managing pipelines and scheduling interviewsSource and engage passive talent through creative outbound search methodsShare market insights and candidate feedback with the recruiting team and hiring managersTrack and maintain key recruiting metrics to ensure efficiency and consistencyLook for ways to streamline recruiting workflows and improve the candidate experienceSupport recruiting efforts for other departments when neededRequirements:1-2 years of recruiting sourcing or talent acquisition experience (tech or SaaS experience a plus)Familiarity with recruiting for sales or customer-facing rolesStrong relationship-building skillsyou care about people and bring empathy into every candidate conversationA proactive approach to sourcing talent and building pipelinesStrong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple searches at onceCuriosity and growth mindseteager to learn from a team of experienced recruitersAbility to deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experienceWork out of our Raleigh NC office 1-2x per weekPreferred Qualifications:Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experiencePrior experience in SaaS or fast-paced tech environments#LI-MG1 Key Skills Sales Experience,Sourcing,Talent Acquisition,Taleo,ATS,HR Sourcing,Interviewing,Microsoft Outlook,Earned Value Management,Human Resources,negotiation,Recruiting Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
