Compensation: Average annual pay ranges from $45,000 - $55,000+, with unlimited earning potential based on performance.


What You'll Do

  1. Greet customers and guide them through their buying journey
  2. Learn and master product knowledge to educate customers with confidence
  3. Deliver a customer-focused, consultative sales approach (no high-pressure tactics)
  4. Set and achieve personal and team goals
  5. Work alongside managers to gain leadership and operational experience
  6. Help maintain store standards, promotions, and displays
