DescriptionSales Representatives initiate and manage relationships with customers and serve as the point of contact for the Company. This position will be responsible for developing Wood coating sales in a specific geographic this position you will secure new accounts while maintaining existing customer accounts. You will utilize professional selling tools for pre-call planning and documenting sales calls. Youll develop a territory market strategy as well as conduct product demonstrations and competitive product comparisons.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strategy to grow sales and profits to key opportunity new and existing customersEffectively build relationships with customersConduct product demonstrations to support solutions for the customerDevelop working relationships with stores to achieve business goalsGenerate leadsHelp determine pricing schedules for quotes promotions and negotiationsPrepare weekly and monthly reports as requiredGive sales presentations to a range of prospective clientsCoordinate sales efforts with marketing programsUnderstand and promote company programsPrepare and submit sales contracts for ordersVisit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and servicesMaintain client recordsAnswer client questions about terms products prices and availabilityQualificationsMinimum Requirements:Must be at least eighteen (18) years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the futureMust have a valid unrestricted Drivers LicenseMust be willing to work all scheduled hours which may include evenings and weekends with or without reasonable accommodationWillingness to travel as required for this positionMust have at least one (1) year of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales Preferred Qualifications:Have at least one (1) year of work experience as a Commercial Branch Manager or Sales Representative for Sherwin-WilliamsHave previous work experience selling wood coatings (such as surfacers stains pigmented finishes sealers) and related productsHave previous work experience conducting outside sales callsHave at least an associate degree in business sales or marketingHave previous work experience selling paint and paint related productsHave work experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systemsHave completed formal training in and/or have at least one (1) year of work experience applying value selling concepts and or continuous improvement tools such as Six SigmaWillingness to relocate for future job opportunitiesTravel:50%Required Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Sales Experience,B2B Sales,Time Management,Customer Service,Cold Calling,Retail Sales,Territory Management,Upselling,Product Demos,Outside Sales,Medicare,negotiation Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
