Sales Representative at JD Rarities Inc.

Salespeople wanted for a phone room- 10-6pm phone sales, opening new accounts by introducing the company and offering a product special in silver. We sell investors precious metals, rare coins and rare sports cards. Requirements: Personable and energetic Sales experience Able to make a set amount of dials every day (we use a dialer but you have to log a set amount of phone time) Talk time is tracked to make sure you're engaging. Good question asking, ability to control a convo, pivot this is goal oriented selling. Entry level positions pay a small base salary plus commissions. Full commission positions available with higher payouts for experienced reps. 50-75k first year for entry level, 100+ for full commission brokers I started the company with all commission positions and every rep was over 75k, talented brokers first year were over 130-350k The clients you open become your clients; you build a book of business here that will continue to get you paid commissions as the clients make purchases. They usually get put on a strategy to accomplish a set goal, so they purchase 5-50 times. BUILD A STRONG BOOK BY BEING A GREAT ACCOUNT OPENER We train reps every day between 5-6pm on all different aspects of the sale, objection handling, closing, building rapport, rebuttals training.
