What You'll Do as a Sales Representative Engage customers in-person with confidence, energy, and professionalism and guide them to the best sales solutions that fit their needs. Identify customer needs and recommend the best sales products and services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales Follow up with potential customers to close sales deals Stay up to date on promotions, plans, and product features The Sales Representative meets and exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas while maintaining exceptional customer service.
