Job description
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilites will be
- Account Management: Manage single customer accounts or defined sales areas to achieve long-term success.
- Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships through regular customer visits and networking.
- Sales Execution: Negotiate customer agreements, monitor sales metrics, and provide input for sales planning and forecasting.
- Operational Excellence: Manage stock, monitor customer payment behavior, and ensure credit limits are correctly in place.
- Collaboration: Work closely with CSC teams, Supply Chain, and mills to provide customer insights and function as one cohesive team
Required profile
What you should bring to the table:
- Experience: Relevant sales or commercial experience, specifically in business development or managing key accounts.
- Education: A degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the timber business, technical end-uses, and mill production specifications is a strong asset.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a "hands-on" mindset.
- Tools: IT literacy in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Languages: Excellente business English
