Surgical Technologies Sales Representative
Work Flexibility: Field-based
As a Surgical Technologies Sales Representative, you will build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that support patient care. You will lead product evaluations in the operating room and office settings, clearly demonstrating the value of our products. Through consistent follow-up and service, you will become a trusted partner within your accounts. You will manage and grow your territory by developing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. You'll also collaborate closely with your Regional Manager, sharing insights and progress along the way. When onsite, you will use your product knowledge and adaptability to troubleshoot, provide guidance, and ensure customers feel fully supported.

What you need:
- 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred) or a Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University (with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred)
- Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive an automobile.
- Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Coordination of the eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability and memory retention
- Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise
- Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
- Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
- Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
- Must be able to communicate/present to large groups of people
- Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
- Background in medical device, surgical, or healthcare sales
- Exposure to the operating room (OR), case coverage, or procedural environments
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers
- Experience selling capital equipment and/or consumables
- Familiarity with hospital systems, IDNs, and GPOs
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for managing customer interactions and pipeline.
