The analysis, tracking, and sales functions performed by this team will support the Customer Service leadership team in making the right strategic decisions about product and service offerings to drive revenue growth, as well as global HACI fleet reliability growth resulting into increased customer satisfaction. Your team plays a key role in brainstorming, facilitating, recording, messaging of various CS Strategy sessions.
