As a Sales Support and Services Partner you will play an important role in ensuring customer service, effective support, guidance and service that meet their needs. Duties of a Sales Support and Services Partner The Sales Support and Services Partner will act as the primary point of contact for all client queries ensuring effective communication and client solutions are provided The Sales Support and Services Partner will analyze customer requirements and recommend relevant client solutions The Sales Support and Services Partner will troubleshoot client queries by investigating and engaging with relevant teams to resolve the queries whilst upholding customer service standards Compile and submit reports on how the team can improve client service. The Sales Support and Services Partner will work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver efficient client solutions whilst upholding customer service standards Collect customer feedback to help improve service delivery and ultimately enhance client services.
