As a marketing firm, we need a Customer Enrollment Specialist in Worcester to make that happen for Verizon. The Customer Enrollment Specialist will be the face of activation, helping people join the network and managing the operational magic behind the scenes. As a Customer Enrollment Specialist, you'll help customers say yes to better connectivity, whether that's upgrading to a 5G phone, switching to Fios, or bundling everything for a sweet discount. The Customer Enrollment Specialist handles enrollments with care, documents accurately, and learns retention strategies that keep people smiling and staying for years. Role Requirements for a Customer Enrollment Specialist Support customers in initiating Verizon subscriptions across mobile plans, smart devices, home internet, and bundled service packages, ensuring selections align with needs. Offer product guidance by clarifying plan features, assisting with billing or connectivity concerns, and navigating warranty or insurance claim procedures. Carry out service activations, plan changes, and account updates while upholding Verizon compliance standards and telecom data security practices. Input and maintain customer details in CRM platforms, ensuring records are accurate for follow ups, retention strategies, and performance reporting. Coordinate with technical staff and enrollment teams to align scheduling, streamline service delivery, and reinforce customer satisfaction goals. Engage in skill building opportunities by shadowing supervisors, learning workflow optimization, and gaining exposure to leadership development practices.
