Unless required by legislation or union contract starting salary will be the minimum salary of that pay range (step 1 currently $40.59 per hour). These ranges provide a standardized pathway for pay increases. With continued employment new hires move to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. Cost of Living Adjustments increase wages in these ranges each fiscal year. Learn more about the Office by visiting the ODJFS OIS webpage.What Youll DoAs a Salesforce Administrator you will be assisting our team with maintenance and administration of our Salesforce system as well as gathering of business requirements for system changes. You will be responsible for business process documentation project planning and this position you will interact with various teams to continuously enhance our Salesforce system. You will be required to work directly with users to collect system specifications and then implement those changes or work with our development as needed. You will also be responsible for testing and implementation of Salesforce changes.Duties include but are not limited to:Assists in the administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform to meet business needsPerforms daily system maintenanceSupports testing and deployment of new features and updatesImplements approved changes and coordinates with development teamsMonitors system performance and usageMaintains documentation of system configurations and business processesDevelops and maintains reports and dashboards to support business operationsMonitors and manages exception logs related to system integrationsMonitors user activity and provides guidance to individuals or groups requiring additional assistanceSchedule:Full-timeHours: Standard workdays are Monday through Friday.
