Salesforce Architect at ASB Resources

Salesforce Architect (Field Service & Leankor) Experience & Responsibilities: 7 Years Experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Application projects as a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer. In-depth understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Implementation in various operational models including: On-Demand/repair services Upgrade Services Planned Maintenance Services. Must have experience implementing Salesforce Field Service to support Planned Project based services. Prefer a candidate with experience implementing field services in conjunction with the Leankor Work Management platform. Develop comprehensive technical designs architecture diagrams and documentation to guide the implementation of Leankors Work Management Platform. Provide guidance and recommendations on Leankor platform configuration customization and integration to meet client needs. Define data migration and integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow between non-Salesforce Systems and the Leankor Work Management platform. Skills and Certifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on Salesforce platform. Four or more Salesforce certifications in the areas of Architecture and Development (e.g. Certified Technical Architect Certified Application Architect) Experience working in Agile development environments with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. Familiarity with modern development technologies and languages such as Java JavaScript Python . Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and technologies including RESTful APIs SOAP ESBs and messaging systems. Experience with database technologies and data modeling concepts.
