Salesforce Data Engineer (Programmer/Developer) Location : Nashville TN (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Contract Candidates who can work independently are more preferred Job Description: Client is hiring a Salesforce Data Engineer who will act as the technical expert for all data-related work across multiple Salesforce Clouds (especially Public Sector Cloud). This person will work on data architecture data pipelines integrations ETL AI integrations and data governance within Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Engineering & Integrations Build and maintain data pipelines ETL processes and APIs. Connect Salesforce with external applications using MuleSoft or other integration tools. Optimize data ingestion and transformation using Salesforce best practices. 2. Data Architecture & Modeling Develop and maintain data models for different Salesforce Clouds: Public Sector Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Create strategies for data storage normalization and performance. 3. Data Quality & Migration Manage deduplication cleansing and migration to ensure clean and accurate data. 4. AI/ML Integration Build AI-powered agents that use Salesforce data for automation and decision-making. Work with ML teams to integrate predictive models (e.g. Einstein GPT LLM tools). 5. Data Governance Establish data governance policies metadata standards and data dictionaries. Coordinate with Salesforce product owners and business teams to ensure compliance.
