Robert Half Technology is partnering with a rapidly growing mortgage and financial services organization in Irvine, CA, seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to help architect and build a modern Salesforce environment from the ground up. This is a high-impact, onsite role where you will own technical design, development, integrations, and platform best practices in an enterprise environment.If you enjoy building scalable solutions, solving complex problems, and leading Salesforce development efforts end-to-end, this is a rare opportunity to define the future of the platform.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customize Salesforce.com, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.Develop using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Workflows, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards.Ensure platform stability and provide support for enhancements, break/fix, and performance tuning.Lead the design and implementation of features supporting contact center tools and lending operations.Plan and execute deployments, upgrades, and release cycles.Architect and implement integrations using RESTful services, APIs, and standard integration patterns.Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, provide solution options, and articulate architectural impacts.Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, coding guidelines, and automated test suites.Partner with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with business needs.QualificationsRequired:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years Salesforce development experience with:Apex & TriggersLightning Web Components (LWC)VisualforceSalesforce Flows / Process BuilderApproval Processes, Reports & DashboardsCertified Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or higher).Experience with Salesforce architecture, REST APIs, and integrations.Strong documentation, problem-solving, and technical analysis skills.Preferred:Git version control, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD workflows.JavaScript / Jest for component testing.Broad enterprise engineering experience and familiarity with multi-system ecosystems.Compensation & Work ModalitySalary Range: $145,000$170,000 base (depending on experience)Work Environment: Onsite in Irvine, CA (hybrid)Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, legal services, employee loan program, and more.
