DescriptionThe Enterprise Systems Developer is responsible for supporting analysis designing developing configuring and implementation of enterprise-wide systems across various functional areas. The incumbent will work closely with technical peers to enable product teams to run applications on platforms that are managed secure supported and governed. The Enterprise Systems Developer is responsible for assisting in the delivery of platform capabilities and maintaining the health security and upgradeability of the platforms.As a key member of the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Platform Team the Enterprise Systems Developer will play a critical role in ensuring the stability scalability and usability of our ServiceNow platform. This position involves performing complex development activities to support multiple capabilities and product teams across the organization. The incumbent will contribute to platform upgrades integrations and enhancements to maintain optimal platform performance and ensure a robust security posture.ResponsibilitiesConduct preliminary analysis of current enterprise-wide systems and share insights with senior team membersWork closely with product teams to gather requirements and support the related technical solutionsAid in the development and implementation of enterprise-wide system modifications and upgradesCollaborate with senior team members to develop and implement integration and automation solutionsAssist with ongoing monitoring and use metrics to analyze system performance data and identify trends patterns anomalies and continuous improvement opportunitiesFollow established standards and best practices to develop and maintain programming and system documentationCoordinate with other departments on small-scale system upgrades leveraging established project management methodologiesCreate technical documentation and provide post-implementation support for simple system issues troubleshooting and resolving themDetermine how low code / no code solutions can be utilized to support the development of simple enterprise-wide systemsDocument system configurations and identify reusable components that can be leveraged by Product Teams to build systems at speed and scaleThis position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future including conversion to H1-B visa.
