This role is pivotal in managing the lifecycle of Salesforce environments, driving automation, and ensuring high-performance deployments across mission-critical platforms. Job Duties:Administering and maintaining Salesforce test, production, and sandbox environments, including refresh strategies and configuration alignmentPlaning and executing Salesforce release deployments in sync with organizational release cycles, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiencyDesigning, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git/Bitbucket and Salesforce DX to streamline build, test, and deployment processesMonitoring and maintaining the health, performance, and security of Salesforce environments, proactively addressing issues and responding to incidentsWorking closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure smooth release cycles#LI-SF1 FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDINGRequirementsMinimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering and twelve years of work-related experienceExperience in Salesforce DevOps, environment management, or related rolesProficiency with Salesforce DX, Git/Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipeline developmentStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, and deployment strategiesExperience supporting secure cloud environments for government or enterprise clientsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environmentDesired SkillsExperience with DoD Salesforce platformsSalesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, DevOps Center, Administrator)Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Atlassian SuitePrior experience supporting DoD or federal government clientsUnderstanding of cloud security principles and FedRAMP complianceClearance InformationSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVELTravel RequirementsSome travel, 5 to 10%About UsScientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
