Job Title: DMS/EMS/SCADA Analyst (Onsite)Location: New Albany, OH 43054Duration: 12-month contract (W2 only)Schedule: MonFri, 8am5pm (OT as needed)Travel: ~5% to Gahanna, OHPossibility of conversion | No sponsorshipAbout the RoleWe are seeking a DMS/EMS/SCADA Analyst to support real-time operational systems for Distribution and Transmission Operations. This role is 100% onsite and requires hands-on experience with SCADA, DMS, or EMS systems in an electric utility environment.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and support DMS/EMS/SCADA systems and real-time data interfacesBuild and maintain SCADA models, on-line displays, and toolsSupport RTU modeling, configuration, checkout, and commissioningTroubleshoot SCADA technical issues and provide after-hours support when neededImprove system reliability, data quality, and SCADA processesAssist Protection & Control Engineering with SCADA standards and configurationParticipate in small/medium SCADA project scopingTrain and support junior analystsMinimum QualificationsAssociate Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fieldOR High school diploma + 5 years DMS/EMS/SCADA experienceOR Bachelors Degree + 1 year DMS/EMS/SCADA experience3+ years experience with DMS/EMS/SCADA systems (utility preferred)Strong skills in:Application developmentOS supportSystem administrationDatabase technologies (any 2 required)Required SkillsHands-on experience with SCADA systemsUnderstanding of real-time operations and field equipmentExperience with RTUs, I/O settings, alarms, and communication protocolsStrong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work onsite full-time and support occasional after-hours issuesPreferred SkillsExperience with TOPS SCADAKnowledge of Protection & Control (P&C) applicationsFamiliar with legacy communication technologies (async/sync)
