Salesforce Security Engineering Lead at PROLIM Corporation

Job Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Security Engineering Lead to strengthen the security posture of a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem across multiple business units. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade security controls, leading compliance audits, and driving rapid vulnerability remediation. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce platform security expertise and strong leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide Salesforce security hardening initiatives across multiple business units. Own and maintain Salesforce security hardening guidelines, checklists, and standards. Manage relationships with cybersecurity teams and business stakeholders with strong technical leadership. Perform regular security posture audits and ensure adherence to standards. Architect and implement security controls across: Data access Authentication & Authorization Application Security API & Integration layers Implement and optimize: Field-Level Security Encryption standards Sharing rules Permission sets OAuth flows SAML API security best practices Apex secure coding patterns Lead rapid vulnerability remediation through war-room coordination. Design and maintain SIEM integrations with Microsoft Sentinel for Salesforce Event Monitoring. Implement controls to prevent: Data Loader misuse Bulk data extraction Social engineering threats Lead evaluations and POCs with platforms such as Salesforce Security Center, Varonis, and other emerging security tools. Provide technical direction across engineering and business teams. Utilize scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) for security automation. Communicate complex security concepts effectively to both technical teams and executive leadership. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a deep understanding of platform security architecture. Expert knowledge of: Salesforce Shield Event Monitoring Security Health Check Security Center Strong knowledge of Apex security patterns and SOQL injection prevention. Proven experience leading technical security initiatives across teams. Strong understanding of: Cloud engineering (AWS / Azure / GCP) Distributed systems API security Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications (Plus) Prior experience with Salesforce security hardening at enterprise scale. Understanding of LLM/AI security risks and ability to write guidelines for AI workflows in Salesforce (Einstein AI, Copilot, autonomous agents). Familiarity with the Salesforce Einstein Trust Layer and AgentForce security. Experience integrating Salesforce Event Monitoring with Microsoft Sentinel. Salesforce certifications such as: Certified Technical Architect Security Architect Platform Developer II Industry experience in automotive, manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
