This role is critical to delivering secure, scalable, and mission-aligned cloud solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) customers. Job Duties:Leading the technical architecture, design, and implementation of the team's Salesforce platformsTranslating complex business requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practicesDesigning and developing components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and VisualforceArchitecting and managing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware technologiesCollaborating with cross functional teams, including developers, analysts, and government stakeholders, is essential to ensure technical alignment and delivery excellenceDocumenting solution architecture, providing guidance throughout the development lifecycle, and ensuring security compliance with the Authority to Operate (ATO) for all deployed features and enhancementsFILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING #LI-SF1RequirementsMinimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering and twelve years of work-related experienceExtensive experience in Salesforce architecture and solution designProficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integration technologiesSalesforce Certified Application Architect certificationStrong understanding of secure cloud environments and DoD compliance standardsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsExperience in professional software development environmentExperience with Agile methodologiesDesired SkillsExperience designing secure, scalable, and modular solutions within SalesforceAbility to architect data models, security frameworks, and role hierarchies for complex environmentsHands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)Ability to design and manage integrations with external systems (legacy databases)Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, and DoD cloud security standardsExperience implementing data encryption, access controls, and audit-ready configurationsSkilled in creating technical specifications, integration blueprints, and deployment plansAbility to lead technical workshops, design reviews, and architecture governanceSalesforce Certified System Architect (highly desirable)Additional certifications like Sales Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect, or Development Lifecycle Architect are strong differentiatorsFamiliar with Air Force personnel and recruiting systemsClearance InformationSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVELTravel RequirementsSome travel, 5 to 10%About UsScientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
