Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager at Blue Ribbon Global Technologies

Job Title: Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager Location: Minneapolis MN (Onsite) Duration: 3-6 Months Contract-to-Hire Interview: Video Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full lifecycle delivery of Salesforce projects ensuring on-time high-quality execution. Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions and architectural designs. Oversee Salesforce development configuration integration and deployment activities. Partner closely with Product Owners Business Analysts Developers QA and cross-functional stakeholders. Manage sprint planning backlog prioritization and Agile ceremonies. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices security standards and governance frameworks. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators. Collaborate with enterprise teams for integrations including APIs middleware and third-party systems. Monitor project risks dependencies and issues; provide mitigation strategies. Communicate project status timelines and technical decisions to stakeholders and leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10 years of IT experience with 5 years delivering Salesforce-based solutions. Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and platform capabilities. Experience managing Salesforce development teams including offshore/onshore coordination. Deep understanding of Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows Integration patterns REST/SOAP APIs. Proven experience with Agile delivery CI/CD pipelines DevOps and release management for Salesforce. Strong experience with complex system integrations and middleware (MuleSoft Informatica etc.). Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
