We are looking for Champions to join our teams. We have a very large vehicle inventory (both new and used) and our business is growing.We are currently hiring for:Chevrolet New & Used Sales - Harbor Chevrolet Long Beach CAHarbor Automotive is family owned and has been serving Long Beach since 1923 over 100 years. We dont come to work to wait we come to work to work.We can teach you automotive product knowledge and communication skills but we cannot teach talent energy positive attitude character and drive (we can help bring this out of you if you have it inside). We will provide you with the tools support and training it takes to be successful. You will need to supply the get up and go the positive attitude and the work ethic. We have two specialties:FIRST: Those with No Experience in the auto industry. We have an amazing environment that puts the customer first-it can sometimes be hard to convert those with automotive a perfect world we have the best results with those with experience in/as: Restaurant Servers Hospitality Call Center or Retail Sales (Electronics Mattress Shoes Apparel Etc.). We dont require any specific amount of education but sometimes education helps us fast-track certain co-workers into leadership. If this is you then we need to talk.COMPENSATION AND EARNING POTENTIAL*Competitive Hourly Rate for Hours Worked PLUS commissions and bonuses PLUS manufacturers bonus programsIN OUR CURRENT RETAIL ENVIRONMENT:Earnings Range Estimated: $36000 - $200000 per yearSales Champions can earn more than $150000 annually selling 20 Vehicles per Month*Achievers can earn approximately $90000 - $100000 annually selling around 15 Vehicles per Month*Average Performers earn approximately $50000 - $60000 annually selling around 10 Vehicles per Month**Based on Current Dealership Averages Pay Plan and Bonus Structure.
