Sand Blaster Lead
Kelly Services has partnered with a premier manufacturing company that is located in New Britain, CT.
Sandblaster Lead This role is responsible for leading a small team, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Lead and coordinate blasting operations for metal components and parts. Set up, operate, and maintain blasting equipment e.g., sandblasting, shot blasting. Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and safety procedures. Monitor workflow to ensure productivity and deadlines are met. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are achieved. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or job orders.
Experience in blasting, surface preparation, or a similar manufacturing environment. Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
Hours for this Sandblaster Lead position are M-F 7am 3:30pm Pay range for this Sandblaster lead position will be 19-21 per hour depending on experience.
This Temp to Hire role will lead to a perm position with great benefits!
