Temp To PermPosition Summary:We are seeking a Sandblaster / Shop Support Technician to assist with sandblasting material handling and general shop operations. This role is hands-on and requires someone who works well in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain sandblasting booth and equipmentPerform hand sanding and surface prep (removing paint dirt grease etc.)Assist machinists welders painters and shop personnelLoad/unload materials tools and suppliesAssist with painting coating and general shop tasksOperate overhead cranes using safe rigging practicesPerform facility upkeep: trash removal filter changes basic maintenanceHandle material storage and prepare items for shipmentPerform manual labor as needed in shop or field settingsFollow all safety rules PPE requirements and company proceduresRequirements:3 years of manufacturing or shop environment experienceSandblasting or heavy equipment surface prep experience preferredValid drivers license (passport a plus)Ability to work overtime weekends and travel as neededAbility to lift heavy materials and perform physical laborReliable safety-minded and able to work well with othersHigh school diploma or equivalentLK Jordan is an EOEFor immediate consideration contact me at Employment Type : Temp Experience: years Vacancy: 1
