Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are hiring morning team members!!We have immediate openings for individuals who can provide excellent customer service and are willing to learn the responsibilities of a Store Morning Crew Member .If you want to gain experience in the fast-food industry, learn cash handling procedures, assist in training newly hired team members, and learn the duties of a store morning member, we would like to talk to you. As a Team Member-morning, you will be responsible for working in the morning at this location.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Responsible for working the morning shiftsCash Handling (drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.) is accountable for funds.Assist in training, coaching and development of newly hired Team Members.Taste product to ensure quality standards are met.Is the role-model for outstanding customer service and overall, Team Member standards.Ensures cleanliness, health and safety standards are maintained at all times.Other job-related activities as requested.Ensures company standards are maintained and complies with policies and procedures.Upholds and executes the vision and mission of Subway and assist others in doing the same.REQUIREMENTS:DependableEffective customer service skills delivered with a friendly disposition.Ability to problem solve quickly and effectivelyAbility to maintain a fast paceAbility to handle responsibilityAbility to communicate clearly and concisely.CG Investments, Inc. will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act (AB 1008)
