Providing exceptional guest service is crucial in this position. Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly and prepare their orders with a friendly attitude.- Have a thorough knowledge of the menu items and accurately explain them to guests.- Use the Point of Sale system/cash register to record orders, compute bills, collect payments, and give change.- Follow the Cash-In Procedure to account for money and other items during your shift.- Prepare food accurately, neatly, and in a timely manner.- Monitor and restock items in the sandwich unit area to ensure an adequate supply throughout your shift.
