Additionally, your attention to detail will deliver a sandwich neatly and in a timely manner to all customers.Job Responsibilities:Fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to every customer whether online, on the phone, or in personAccurate money and inventory controls - including running a Point-Of-Sale systemKeeping a clean store - including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasksOpening or Closing the location for the business dayAbility to take direction from the actively engaged franchisee, Store Director, and Shift Supervisors.Tipped positionsFrequent customer service bonuses Short in-person interview will be required. Pay is dependent upon experience. Initial training wage is reviewed at 30 and 60 days of employment.Expected hours: 20-40 per week  and some weekendsPay & Benefits$13-$16 per hour *tips included with av tip rate of $2-$3/hourImmediate Raises & advancement available based on skills & knowledge.Free employee meal on shiftPaid breaks
