Bartender - The LarkThe Lark Bar is a neighborhood bar with regulars local sports and a fine selection of spirits. Our customers are generally people stopping in after work and those visiting from nearby hotels. If you are a character and want to be part of a small and close-knit team a role at The Lark Bar may be for you. We are looking for persons to join our team as a Bartender. Most shifts will be between 3 pm and 3 am.ResponsibilitiesPrep setup and prepare the bar for daily servicePrioritize guest orders and strive to deliver drinks promptly and efficientlyTake and return a variety of payment types with accuracyAssist in cleaning and sanitizing as necessaryKeep work relationships professional and courteousDemonstrate attention to detailQualificationsMinimum 2 years of bartending experience in a busy hotel restaurant or nightclubKnowledge of various drink-building techniques and stylesDemonstrate an ability to maintain strong coworker relationshipsFlexible evening availabilityAble to take direction and follow through on all reasonable requests from managersAble to stand 8-10 hoursBenefitsHourly rate SF minimum tipsCompany-sponsored medical/dental/vision benefits are offered to all qualifying employeesMatching 401(k) is offered to qualifying employeesFuture Bars Group is an at-will equal opportunity employer.
