DescriptionPosition at JBS USAJOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Title: Sanitation Site Manager Department: Sanitation Location: Greeley CO Value Added PlantSalary Class: Salary Purpose & Scope: Our Company is in search of an experiencedSanitation Site Manager who will be responsible formonitoring and managing all respective aspect of the sanitation operation ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations and implementing efficient sanitation practices. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors. Principle Responsibilities: Develop and implement sanitation protocols procedures and guidelines to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facilityOversee daily sanitation including: cleaning disinfecting waste management and pest control to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Conduct regular inspections to assess performance of sanitation department and identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner Manage and maintain sanitation supplies equipment and chemicals through coordination with other departmentsTrain supervisor discipline sanitation staff providing coaching support as well as feedback to ensure the highest level of performance and adherence to sanitation protocolsMonitor and manage the budget set forth for sanitation operations identify cost saving opportunities without compromising food safety quality or people safety. Stay up to date with local state and federal sanitation regulations and guidelines ensuring compliance implement changes as necessaryDevelop and maintain accurate records and documentation related to sanitation operations cleaning schedules inspections training records in order to demonstrate compliance. Implement measures to ensure sanitation meet established standards and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address any related issues that are affection product quality and food safety. Train monitor and promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety guidelines and safe work practices. Stay up to date regarding industry trends technologies and best practices and implement any relevant improvements or upgradesQualifications:Experience in sanitation management preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment Strong knowledge of sanitation regulationsLeadership abilities and ability to motivate and guide a team effectivelyOrganization and time management to prioritize tasks Detail Oriented and focused on food safety compliance Communication and interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate with all levels of the organizationComputer skills including experience with Microsoft Office applicationsFlexibility Requirements:Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalency required Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience Experience: 5 years of experience in Sanitation Management preferredBilingual: (English/Spanish) preferredAdditional Requirements: Experience in designing and delivering training programs preferably in a sanitation related role In depth knowledge of the steps of sanitation safety regulations and best practices Experience in maintaining personnel files disciplines performance evaluations and disciplineKnowledge of onboarding process for new hires and qualification process Extensive knowledge of documentation related to training personnel USDA GFSI auditing etc. Working Hours: 3rd Shift 8 hours per daySunday-Friday and Saturday as neededThe applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision Medical and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave vacation and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; The Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
