Sanitation Worker -3rd shift at ABR Employment Services

Excellent opportunity for you working in food production with one of the largest foodservice distributors in the United States! We are looking to fill a Sanitation Worker in La Crosse.

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5 or 6p.m. to 2:30a.m. or until done cleaning the production room.

Sanitation Job Description:

• Completes operational and pre-operational cleaning, sanitization of the meat packaging and processing machines and work areas according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and ensuring quality standards are met and maintain the efficient flow of product through the production process.
• May include cleaning office areas and cleaning/sanitizing meat, produce, or cheese processing areas.
• Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Physical Requirements:
Bending, Standing, Stooping, Walking, Lifting, Pushing, Pulling, Carrying, Finger and Wrist Manipulation more than 50% of the time using various hand tools
Equipment Used: Hand tools, Pallet jack

Sanitation Worker Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Experience Preferred
• Previous experience in sanitation within a warehouse and / or production environment.
• OSHA Forklift operator certificate preferred
