Lead SAP Ariba Consultant, SCE at Infosys

Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP Ariba ConsultantAs a Lead Consultant you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration configure the product as per the design conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizations financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 7years of experience with Information TechnologyThe location for this positionis position may require travel to Project / client locations.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this timePreferred Qualifications:Around 7 years experience in SAP Ariba modules with 2-3 full cycle implementation experience of mid to high complexity.Sound understanding of Source to Pay process and be able to provide an optimum solution utilizing processes available in SAP AribaTeam Lead experience having led team of SAP Ariba consultantsExperience in any one or more of the following process areasIndirect & direct procurement using Ariba S/4 HANASupplier Life Cycle and Performance ManagementSAP Ariba Category ManagementCatalog procurement (Ariba)Ariba Supply Chain CollaborationSAP Ariba Buying and InvoicingSpend Control TowerSecondary skills include: Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway and Ariba Network Integration.Ability to configure SAP Ariba Upstream or Downstream conforming to the Clients standards & requirements and integrate it with SAP Materials Management module or other non-SAP ERP systems.At least three on SAP ARIBA and S/4 HANA customer engagementExperience with Agile Implementation MethodologyCustomer-facing project experienceSolid written verbal and interpersonal communication skillsAbility and willingness to travel 25% in a month typically on a weekly basisAbility to influence at the leadership levelAbility to simplify difficult situations models and issues to create executable actionsStrong personal and professional values; entrepreneurial spiritStrong written verbal and interpersonal communication skillsAbility and willingness to work onsite -offshore modelThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
