SAP Business Data Architect LeadCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an SAP Business Data Architect Lead to join our team in Hazelwood MO Mesa AZ Fairfax VA or Ridley Park PA.Position Responsibilities:Oversees develops coordinates integrates analyzes and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standardsDirects and provides high level studies/analysis (trend variance impact) determines scope reports and oversight of planning requestsIdentifies risk and opportunity potential develops mitigation planning and refines the business caseDevelops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedulesConsults and recommends integrated planning scheduling change and baseline management processes techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industryRecognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectivesAuthorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholdersOversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division Business Unit and/or Enterprise levelsCollaborates with architects process owners subject matter experts and technical teams to plan and execute data migration strategiesTranslate business requirements into scalable compliant and high-quality data designsCommunication and leadership to guide business stakeholders functional and technical data teams regarding decision justification through challenging data definition data mapping validation and cutover activitiesValidate that data management processes and organization are defined and enabledExtract business data for migration to S/4 HANA from legacy systemsParticipate in FittoStandard workshops with application owners and stakeholdersAdvise stakeholders on data integration and solution optionsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5 years experience in ERP data architecture and implementationExperience engaging multiple cross-functional teamsExperience briefing Executive & Senior Customer LeadershipPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Expertise with GOLD application dataset and/or other common systems used by BGS-G.Experience with S/4 HANA implementation and/or migration of legacy SAP implementation to S/4 HanaDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policiesRelocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibilityPay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
