Job Title: SAP Consultant Location: Columbus Ohio 43215 Experience Required: 12 Years Employment Type: Contract About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant to support ongoing implementation enhancement and optimization of SAP systems across multiple business functions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements configure SAP modules resolve system issues and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of SAP architecture integration data migration and best practices within enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Configure customize and support SAP modules such as SAP ECC S/4HANA FI/CO MM SD PP HR or relevant specialization areas. Lead SAP implementation upgrade and enhancement projects from planning to deployment. Support end-to-end system processes including testing documentation training and go-live support. Troubleshoot system issues perform root cause analysis and implement resolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP integration with external systems. Assist with data migration activities such as data mapping cleansing validation and cutover planning. Ensure system compliance security performance optimization and adherence to established standards. Provide expert guidance and best practices to internal teams and stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications 12 years of experience as an SAP Consultant supporting implementations and enterprise solutions. Hands-on expertise in at least one major SAP module and strong knowledge of SAP configuration and integration. Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments is highly preferred. Strong understanding of business process mapping and documentation. Experience leading complex projects and working in agile or hybrid project environments. Excellent problem-solving communication and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Educational Background Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field. SAP certification is a plus.
