This role works closely with IT business stakeholders and SAP technical teams to ensure the project is delivered on time within scope and with high quality. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans schedules scope documents and budget trackers for the template assessment phase Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across IT and business units maintaining clear communication and alignment Ensure all work follows Lucids SAP project methodology standards and best practices Identify project risks early develop mitigation strategies and manage issue resolution Provide consistent status updates and develop executive-level presentations for leadership and steering committees Refine implement and enforce project standards templates and processes for the broader S/4HANA deployment Serve as the primary bridge between SAP technical consultants and business teams to validate requirements and specifications Ensure deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks and business needs Manage project budgets resources and timelines to ensure execution discipline Required Experience Proven end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project management experience Strong familiarity with SAP Activate Agile Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies Experience coordinating large complex programs with virtual or globally distributed teams Strong communication leadership and stakeholder-management skills Knowledge of SAP functional areas and core business processes Proficiency with project management and tracking tools such as Jira HP ALM or similar Key Skills Business Development,Employee Orientation,Public Health,Account Management,VersionOne,Conflict Management,Project Management,Relationship Management,Team Management,Customer relationship management,Human Resources,Public Speaking Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
