SAP FICO - Functional Consultant with Lease Accounting07/16/2025ContractActiveJob Description:Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with deep expertise in lease accounting.The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in SAP FICO, including hands-on work with RE-FX, RAR, and Leasing modules.This role involves managing lease system processes, configuring SAP for lease management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Key Responsibilities 
- Manage and support the Leasing S/4HANA CLM module to ensure accurate and timely lease transaction processing.
- Oversee end-to-end lease system processes, resolve issues, and support monthly close activities.
- Configure and maintain SAP FICO for lease management, including custom reports and data integrity.
- Provide training and support to users on lease-related functionalities and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with departments such as ITS Lease COE and AER to address system issues and coordinate testing.
- Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with technical teams.
- Guide and mentor process owners to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO with a strong focus on lease accounting.
- Expertise in SAP modules including RE-FX, RAR, and Leasing.
- Solid understanding of lease accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical SAP requirements.
- Experience managing SAP implementation projects and delivering on time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO-related issues.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in blueprint preparation, system customization, and configuration for lease management.
- Familiarity with data migration activities related to lease information.
