Job Description: SAP Fieldglass Consultant Location: Risemead CA Role Overview The SAP Fieldglass Consultant is responsible for implementing configuring and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions to manage external workforce programs and services procurement. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders HR Procurement and IT teams to deliver end-to-end VMS (Vendor Management System) processes aligned to organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP Fieldglass implementations (Contingent Workforce SOW Services Procurement Onboarding & Offboarding modules). Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and document functional specifications. Configure Fieldglass tenant including workflows rate structures integrations and security roles. Drive end-to-end testing (unit integration UAT). Support integration between Fieldglass and SAP systems (SuccessFactors SAP HCM S/4HANA ECC Ariba middleware tools like CPI/PI/PO). Work with technical teams on data mapping error handling and interface design. Ensure data accuracy compliance and alignment with global HR and procurement policies.
