Additionally you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Senior Consultant in Technology Analysis you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex technical initiatives. You will face challenges that require innovative problem-solving and analytical skills providing you with opportunities to grow and learn in a dynamic environment. This role is based in Location with regular travel required to meet client needs.Support workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.Track deliverable completion and project status ensuring alignment with performance objectives.Actively participate in client working sessions leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.Hands on Experience in the area of SDM (Secondary Distribution Management) PAT (Process Automation Toolset) RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operation) Data Collation including the Rack Ticket feature using Process TicketEngage with key business users to gather and define detailed functional requirements.Support the functional design and solutioning efforts for IS-Oil SDM and RFNO modules.Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation.Assist in gathering functional requirements and support UAT activities.Contribute in driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring business validation and readiness. Provide leadership during rollout and support the business during go-live.Skills and attributes for successTo thrive in this role you will need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial in delivering exceptional client service.Bachelors degree required (4-year degree).Typically no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.System configuration experienceProficiency in system development lifecycleKnowledge of technology business architecture frameworksAwillingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%46 years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.Deep functional expertise in Secondary Distribution Management (SDM) and Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO).At least two end-to-end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102500 to $187900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122900 to $213400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
