Job Title: SAP IBP Lead Consultant Location: Alameda CA (Onsite from Day 1) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and support of SAP IBP solutions. The ideal candidate will lead design configuration and integration activities across IBP modules ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation Lead SAP IBP implementations across modules: Demand Planning S&OP Inventory Optimization Response & Supply Control Tower. Conduct requirement gathering fit-gap analysis blueprinting and configuration workshops. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including testing deployment and hypercare. Integration & Technical Expertise Configure planning areas key figures master data and algorithms (Heuristics Optimizer). Integrate IBP with SAP ECC/S/4HANA using CPI-DS SDI or HCI. Develop enhancements dashboards alerts and performance tuning. Stakeholder Management & Leadership Act as primary liaison between business and technical teams. Lead workshops provide training and manage change adoption strategies. Mentor junior consultants and ensure solution quality. Documentation & Governance Prepare functional specifications configuration guides and user manuals. Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and project governance standards. Required Skills & Experience 8 12 years in SAP SCM; minimum 3 5 years in SAP IBP with 2 3 full lifecycle implementations. Strong knowledge of IBP modules (Demand S&OP Inventory Supply & Response). Integration experience with ECC/S/4HANA and CPI-DS/SDI. SAP IBP or APO certification preferred; APICS CPIM/CSCP is a plus. Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP Activate methodology. Familiarity with planning algorithms and supply chain processes. Exposure to Fiori apps BW and reporting tools like Analysis for Office or Power BI.
