Job Title: SAP Integration Lead Specialist Location: Bismarck North Dakota Experience Required: 12 Years Employment Type: Contract Interview Type: In-Person or Webcam Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead Specialist to oversee and manage SAP integration initiatives across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP modules middleware technologies and system integration and will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining seamless SAP integrations with other systems. This role requires strong leadership technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions are efficient scalable and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design development and deployment of SAP integration solutions across various SAP modules (e.g. SAP S/4HANA SAP ECC) and external systems. Manage SAP integration projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Work closely with business stakeholders functional teams and technical teams to gather integration requirements. Design and implement middleware solutions using SAP PI/PO SAP CPI or other integration platforms. Ensure seamless data flow between SAP and other enterprise systems maintaining data integrity and system performance. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior integration specialists and developers. Troubleshoot analyze and resolve complex integration issues in a timely manner. Develop and maintain integration documentation including architecture diagrams process flows and technical specifications. Stay current with SAP integration best practices tools and technologies and recommend improvements. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure integration solutions are fully tested and meet business requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP integration SAP implementation or related roles. Strong expertise in SAP modules and integration platforms including SAP PI/PO SAP CPI and BAPIs/IDocs. Experience with middleware technologies APIs web services and data transformation tools. Solid understanding of SAP architecture data flows and system landscapes. Proven ability to lead integration projects and mentor technical teams. Excellent analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and project management principles is a plus. Ability to document technical designs standards and processes clearly.
