SAP Internship Experience Program

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern Enablement, Communications & Change Management

Location: Newtown Square, US (EST timezone) Expected Start Date: July/Aug 2026 Contract Duration: 6 months with possible 6 month extension Work Hours: 30-40 hours/week (at least 4 days/week) * SAP is not offering current or future visa sponsorship (includes no F1/OPT) for this role at this time

Key tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Author, structure, and maintain internal SharePoint pages, ensuring content is current, organized, and visually engaging for a global audience
  • Draft internal emails and announcements that communicate clearly, professionally, and with the right tone for each audience
  • Build and format presentations that convey strategy, updates, and insights in a polished, accessible way
  • Write blog posts and editorial content that make complex organizational topics approachable and engaging
  • Document meeting minutes and translate them into clear action plans with defined owners and timelines
  • Transform data, reports, and briefings into charts, infographics, and visual summaries that are easy to scan and understand
  • Support enablement, learning and change management initiatives that help colleagues across the organization stay connected, informed, and equipped
  • Coordinate across a virtual, multicultural team

  • Education: Min. Bachelor's degree in Communications and/or Business Administration
  • Eligibility: Must studying or be recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date)

  • Working proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Visual and design sensibility
