SAP MM & IWM Architect, AWS Fintech at Amazon

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP MM architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing supporting and enhancing the SAP Material Management (MM) module to meet our organizational needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements design solutions and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.Key job responsibilities* Lead comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with supply chain procurement and logistics stakeholders.* Design and architect robust scalable and efficient SAP MM and Logistics solutions developing detailed blueprints and strategic roadmaps from design through delivery.* Configure and customize core SAP MM modules including Purchasing (PR PO RFQ) Inventory Management (IM) Invoice Verification (IV) Material Master Data and Valuation.* Configure and integrate key logistics components including Warehouse Management (WM) / Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) functionalities.* Document configurations customizations and best practices for future reference and knowledge transfer.- 5 years of design implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience- 5 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data & analytics) experience- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Supply Chain Management Engineering Information Technology) or equivalent experience.- Extensive experience 8 years or more in implementing and configuring the SAP MM module preferably in similar industry verticals.- Thorough understanding of materials management processes including inventory management purchasing warehouse management and material requirements planning.- Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective- Experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities- Experience in planning development implementation and end-to-end life cycle of at least 2-3 complex large-scale enterprise transformations.- Experience with other SAP solutions like Ariba IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or Digital Manufacturing and familiarity with Agile methodologies are advantageous.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status disability or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $118200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
