SAP Patching Analyst at American IT Systems

Role: SAP Patching Analyst Location: Austin TX SAP ABAP 2 5 Years Is Required SAP Basis 2 5 Years Is Required SAP Security At least 1 year Is Required Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing custom ABAP programs and objects for compatibility with S/4HANA 2025. Remediate obsolete or incompatible code including performance tuning and optimization. Support pre upgrade tasks such as cleaning up unreleased transport requests and activating inactive objects Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and test RICEFW objects as per the upgrade scope and post hypercare requirements. Assist in the upgrade of SAP S/4HANA and other integrated components as per the guidelines in S/4HANA 2025 upgrade release note. Participate in code reviews unit testing and integration testing. Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams. SAP BASIS: Proficient in below BASIS operations with at least 2 5 years experience.
