Based on the answers obtained from the assessment consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck) Requirements Management Configuration and Documentation Key Decision Documentation Process Flows Authorization and Security Test planning (Standard and Custom objects) Change Management Reporting S/4 Experience A&D Experience (for offshore this preferred not a must) Parameter Effectivity (integration to PLM and MES) Classification MRP Scheduling and Costing views of the Material Masters Work Centers BoMs and Routings Revision & ECM Production Order Lifecycle (Creation to Confirmation to Goods Receipt) incl.
