SAP Business Solutions Manager Record to Report (R2R) Onsite (5 days a week) in Northwest Houston TX (77064) Job Summary: - Lead R2R transformation initiatives focusing on process optimization and innovative solutions. - Champion technical aspects of R2R projects and drive cross-functional collaboration. - Define and document comprehensive technical and business process requirements. - Oversee process governance performance monitoring and ensure compliance. - Identify and implement opportunities for process and system improvements. - Engage with stakeholders to support the adoption of new solutions and initiatives. - Bring 10 years of SAP FI/CO FA and Project module experience including SAP integration (SD MM PP). - Demonstrate strong understanding of US GAAP (IFRS knowledge preferred). - Preferably hold SAP certification and have experience with BI tools (SAP Analytics Cloud Tableau Power BI) and OneStream. - Exhibit leadership experience managing value streams in SAP implementations. - Possess excellent communication collaboration and analytical skills.
