SAP Project Manager (HCM) at JS Consulting

Job Title- SAP Project Manager (HCM) Project Location Hybrid in Albany NY (3-4 days onsite in a week) Duration- Long Term contract Visa- US Citizen and GC Interview Process- Both (Virtual and InPerson) It needs travel to multiple locations in NY Only (expenses paid by the client) We need senior Human Capital Management (HCM) SME and/or Project Manager to support a large-scale HCMS modernization for a higher education institute. This role requires strong experience with HR systems on the SAP platform. Travel: Occasional statewide travel to various campuses throughout NYS Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements workshops fit-gap analysis and design sessions Support HR payroll time benefits recruiting and position mgmt. process development Coordinate with System Admin campus stakeholders and technical teams Oversee testing training data mapping and go-live readiness (if PM) Provide on-site engagement in Albany with periodic travel to select NYS campuses Requirements: 10 years HCM implementation experience Higher-ed HR background strongly preferred Ability to be on-site in Albany 3 4 days/week during key phases Willingness to travel across NY State as needed Key Skills Corel Draw,Data Entry Operation,HR,Auto Parts,Corporate Development Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
