Hiring: W2 Candidates Only Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering objectives timelines resources and deliverables Lead the decommissioning of legacy HR systems ensuring compliance with data retention and archiving standards Oversee end-to-endSAPdata migration using appropriateSAPtools and methodologies Design and implement integration strategies betweenSAPand in-house applications Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers analysts andSAPfunctional experts Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution Communicate project updates milestones and challenges to stakeholders and executive leadership Collaborate with agencies and business units to define current and future state models Analyze and prioritize business requirements to align with technical solutions Foster a collaborative and productive project environment across technical and business teams Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities In-depth hands-on experience withSAPsystem architecture and coreSAPplatforms includingSAPECC S/4HANA andSAPSuccessFactors Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead cross-functional teams Demonstrated expertise inSAPdata migration and integration within enterprise environments Ability to create detailed project plans set milestones and manage schedules effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in business process analysis gap analysis and requirements gathering Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget Minimum Experience and Training Four years of experience leading complex IT systems development or implementation projects and a bachelors degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes four years of experience in leading IT systems development or implementation projects Preferred Qualifications PMP certification SAPcertifications in data migration integration or architecture Skill Required / Desired IT project leadership in systems development/implementation. Required Expertise inSAPplatforms (ECC S/4HANA SuccessFactors) data migration and enterprise integration. Required Strong project management communication and analytical skills.
